This final report is an entire semesters evaluation of alternative systems for One on Centre. These systems include a comparison of the original ecospan system to a non-composite system and composite floor system. The lateral system was also evaluated and the exsiting cast-in-place shear walls were redesigned. The report also includes two breadth topics that explore both an acoustics and mechanical discipline.
